The
Parking Space Area Management System is a simple project that will assist a
business with a pay parking area or a pay parking firm with the check-in and
check-out procedure as well as monitor slot availability. This system may print
a parking ticket for the client's reference as well as a staff reference for
the client's check-out. With just a single click, this project can determine
the parked time duration of the calculates. Before checking in the client's
vehicle, the personnel will just check the system for availability of a parking
space or slot. Clients will only need to use the parking ticket to find the
location of the parking area that is specified on the ticket. In that
situation, the client will no longer be concerned and will be able to save time
seeking for an available parking spot. When the customer leaves the parking
area, the staff will ask for the parking ticket that was given to them when
they checked in so that they can retrieve the data for the client's car parking
data. The staff will then simple guide click the compute to checkout button in
system, which will cause the system to generate the customer's parked time
length as well as the computed amount owing to the client. This system also has
a basic change calculator that calculates the client's change from the amount
tendered to the amount owed, after which the staff confirms the checkout
process and the system generates a receipt.
