The
payroll and attendance system is simple and easy to use, develop in PHP MySQL
database, using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Modal, Bootstrap, and Ajax, the system
contains of admin to monitor the attendance record, and every employee have own
schedule to follow their own time, and also all employees have overtime it
depends on the employee. The admin can manage like approval overtime, edit,
update, and add employees, the employee can login using ID number from admin.

Add
New Attendance, Show Entries, Date, Employee ID, and Name, Time In, Time Out,
Tools, Edit, Delete, and Search.
Employee List
Show
Entries, Add New Employees, Employee ID, Name, Position, Members Since, Edit,
Delete, and Search.
Overtime
Add
New, Date, Employee ID, Name, Number of Hours, Rate Edit, Delete, and Search.
Cash Advance
Add
New Cash Advance, Date, Employee ID, Name, Amount, Tools, Delete, Edit, Show
Entries, and Search.
Schedule
Time
In, Time Out, Edit, Delete, Show Entries, and Search.
Deductions
Description,
Amount Tools, Edit, Delete, Show Entries, Search, Deduction: Pag Ibig, Phil health, Project Issues, and SSS.

How to setup this project
Step 1st. Download
xampp
Step 2nd. Text
editor notepad++
Step 3rd. Download
the zip file/ Download winrar
Step 4th. Extract
the file and copy “Payroll_and_Attendance_system” folder
Step 5th. Paste
inside root directory/ where you install xampp local disk C: drive D: drive E:
paste: for xampp/htdocs,
Step 6th. Open
PHPMyAdmin http://localhost/phpmyadmin
Step 7th. Create
database name ** apsystem **
Step 8th. Import
apsystemsql file given inside the zip package in SQL file folder
Step 9th. Run
the script http://localhost/Payroll_and_Attendance_system
Step 10th. Password:
Username: admin / Password: password
