To
use the features and functionalities of the Home Owners Collection managers
System Project, managers must sign in using their system user credentials. The
two types of jobs that make up the system users are administrators and staff
users. While Staff Users only have limited access, Administrators have full
access to all the system's features and operations. When using the system for
the first time, the management must first fill up the Phase List and Collection
Categories. Additionally, the system creates downloadable monthly collection
reports.
Its
name is Home Owners Collection Management System, and it is written in simple
PHP. This straightforward project is a web-based application created in PHP and
MySQL. It offers the Homeowners Association for Subdivisions/Villages an
automated platform for effective and efficient management and documentation of
the collections. Along with other pertinent information, the application keeps
the homeowners association members' collecting histories. The user interface is
straightforward and appealing. It is simple to use and includes functionalities
that are user-friendly.

the zip file/ Download winrar
Step 4th. Extract
the file and copy “hocms” folder
Step 5th. Paste
inside root directory/ where you install xampp local disk C: drive D: drive E:
paste: for xampp/htdocs,
Step 6th. Open
PHPMyAdmin hocms_db.sql
Step 8th. Import
hocms_db.sql file given inside the
zip package in SQL file folder
Step 9th. Run
the script http://localhost/hocms
Step 10th. Password:
username: admin / password: admin
