Health Care Hospital System in PHP MySQl with Source Code

Health Care Hospital System is a simple web application, develop in PHP MySQL database, using HTML, CSS, JavaScript Modal, Bootstrap, and Ajax. The system contains of admin and staff, the admin can add new user and changes all information, the staff can manage also like add new user but limited access, and the system develop to make faster transaction. Note the system use for educational purposes only,

Admin Dashboard

Patient information, Staff information, Patient invoices, Room information, admitted information.

Patient Registration

Patient information, Patient Search, Patient information, Edit, and delete. Update and delete.

Staff information

Add new staff, Staff Members details, Staff members search, Active members, and Staff Member modifications. Show Entries and search.

Patient Invoices

All OPD Patient Invoices, All admitted Patient Invoices, Show Number of entries, Invoice Number, Date, Patient Name, Doctor Charge, Medicine Charged, Hospital Charges and Total of charges.

Room Information

Number of Room, Room ID, Room Name, Doctor Informaition Morning, Doctor Information Evening, Room Availability, Patient Information, Cleaning Time Morning, Cleaning Evening and Update room Information.

How to setup this project

Step 1st. Download xampp

Step 2nd. Text editor notepad++ or Sublime

Step 3rd. Download the zip file/ Download winrar

Step 4th. Extract the file and copy “Health_Care_Hospital_System” folder

Step 5th. Paste inside root directory/ where you install xampp local disk C: drive D: drive E: paste: for xampp/htdocs,

Step 6th. Open PHPMyAdmin http://localhost/phpmyadmin

Step 7th. Create database name hospitol

Step 8th. Import hospitol.sql file given inside the zip package in SQL file folder

Step 9th. Run the script http://localhost/Health_Care_Hospital_System

Step 10th. Password: Username: superadmin / Password: 123
