Student Grading System in PHP MySQL with Source Code

The Student Grading System is a simple web application develop in PHP MySQL Database, using HTML JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, and Modal, the purpose of the system is to make faster transaction, the process is student need to request grade to admin, and the admin can approved. The admin also can manage user like add new user, check student status, delete, edit, and search.

Promote Candidates

LRN Number, Records Per Page, Promote, Gender, and Search.

Candidate List

Promoted Students Candidates, Show Entries, Remove, LRN Number, Name, Gender, Curriculum, Select All, and Search.

Reports

Form 137

Show Entries, LRN Number, Name, Gender, Curriculum, Printable Report, and Search.

User

List of Users, Record Per Pages, Name, User, Type, Edit, Add New Users, and Search.

Maintenance

School Year, Grade List, Add New School Year, Add New Grade.

About System

 

How to setup this project

Step 1st. Download xampp

Step 2nd. Text editor notepad++ or Sublime

Step 3rd. Download the zip file/ Download winrar

Step 4th. Extract the file and copy “Student_Grading_System” folder

Step 5th. Paste inside root directory/ where you install xampp local disk C: drive D: drive E: paste: for xampp/htdocs,

Step 6th. Open PHPMyAdmin ****http://localhost/phpmyadmin****

Step 7th. Create database name grading_db

Step 8th. Import grading_db.sql file given inside the zip package in SQL file folder

Step 9th. Run the script http://localhost/Student_Grading_System 

Step 10th. Password: Username: admin / Password: admin123
