School Log Management System in PHP MySQL with Source Code

The School and Log Management System is simple web application it contain of admin to monitor student, Faculty, and all Employee, the purpose of this system is to monitor all members in and out by using ID and Barcode, the admin can add employee, and delete, and Edit. The system is friendly user and easy to use, develop in PHP MySQL database Using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Ajax.

Admin Dashboard

Master List, Faculties, Employees, Logs, User.

Students

List of Student, Show Entries, ID Number, Name, Information, Edit, Delete, Print Barcode, Add New Student, and Search.

Faculties

List of Faculty, Show Entries, ID Number, Name, Information, Edit, Delete, New Faculty, Print Barcode, and Search.

Employees

Search, Show Entries, ID number Full Name, Information Delete, Edit, List of Employee, Add New Employee, and Print Barcode.

Logs

List of Logs, ID Number, Date, Time, Full Name, Type, Log Type, and Print.

Users

Add New User, List of User, ID Number, Name, Username, Type, Edit, Delete, and Show Entries.

User Log In/Log out

Student Log, Employee Log, Faculty Log, Visitor Log, Visitor, In/Out.

How to setup this project

Step 1st. Download xampp

Step 2nd. Text editor notepad++ or Sublime

Step 3rd. Download the zip file/ Download winrar

Step 4th. Extract the file and copy “School_Log_Mangement_System” folder

Step 5th. Paste inside root directory/ where you install xampp local disk C: drive D: drive E: paste: for xampp/htdocs,

Step 6th. Open ****PHPMyAdmin http://localhost/phpmyadmin****

Step 7th. Create database name slms_db

Step 8th. Import slms_db.sql file given inside the zip package in SQL file folder

Step 9th. Run the script http://localhost/School_Log_Mangement_System 

Step 10th. Password: ((((Username: admin / Password: admin123))))
