Groceries Sales and Inventory System in PHP MySQL with Source Code

The Groceries Sales and Inventory System is a web application develop in PHP MySQL database, the system it contains of admin to monitor the inventory and check sales update and also the admin can create user but limited access, system we have receiving, sales, list of category to avoid losses items and maintain stock, the groceries sales and inventory is a friendly user and easy to understand.

Admin Dashboard

Inventory, Sales, Receiving, Category List, Product List, Supplier List, Customer List, Users.

Inventory

ID Number, Product Name, Stock In, Stock Out, Stock Available, Show Entries, and Search.

Sales

Show Entries, New Sales, ID Number, Date, Reference Number, Customer, Edit, Delete, and Search.

Receiving

ID Number, Date, Reference Number, Supplier, Edit, Delete, Search and Show Entries.

Category List

Category Form, ID Number, Name of Product, Edit, Delete.

Supplier

Supplier Form, Contact Number, Address, ID Number, Supplier Information, Edit, delete.

Customer List

Customer Form, Customer Name, Contact Number, Address, ID Number, Edit, and Delete.

Users

ID Number, Name, Username, Password, New User, Edit, Delete, and Add New User.

About System

 

How to setup this project

Step 1st. Download xampp

Step 2nd. Text editor notepad++ or Sublime

Step 3rd. Download the zip file/ Download winrar

Step 4th. Extract the file and copy “Groceries_Sales_and_Inventory_System” folder

Step 5th. Paste inside root directory/ where you install xampp local disk C: drive D: drive E: paste: for xampp/htdocs,

Step 6th. Open ****PHPMyAdmin http://localhost/phpmyadmin****

Step 7th. Create database name bikerental

Step 8th. Import bikerental.sql file given inside the zip package in SQL file folder

Step 9th. Run the script http://localhost/ Groceries_Sales_and_Inventory_System  

Step 10th. Password: Username: admin / Password: admin123
